Family Weekend T-Shirt Design Contest
Your design could be worn by thousands of UNT students, parents, faculty, and staff!
What is the Family Weekend T-Shirt Design Contest?
We are looking for a t-shirt design for Family Weekend 2008 and need your help creating it!
How to I submit my entry?
Entries may be drawn by hand or created electronically. You can submit designs in person to University Union, Suite 319 or electronically by emailing them to jillian.fleming@unt.edu. You can create your entry using the entry form, on different paper of any size, or via any other method/media, but be sure to include your name, phone #, student ID# and email address along with your submission.
When is the deadline to submit entries?
All entries must be submitted to our office in person or via email by 5:00 p.m. on May 31st .
IMPORTANT - What are the requirements/guidelines?

Limit two ink colors. Front of t-shirt only. |
2. |
Keep in mind that the t-shirt color will be limited to black, green, white, or grey as the background for your design. |
3. |
Designs should reflect a theme of Mean Green Pride and what that means to you. |
4. |
Feel free to be as creative as you like, we just ask that you make sure your designs are appropriate for the event.* |

Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes, you may submit as many entries as you like.
How will entries be judged?
The Family Weekend T-Shirt Design Selection Committee, which is comprised of staff members from various departments across campus, a faculty member, and a student representative, will select three entries as finalists. The three finalist designs will be displayed throughout Parent Orientation and parents will vote on the design they like best. The winning design will become the design for the Family Weekend 2008 T-Shirt.
What is the prize?
The three finalists will each receive a $100.00 scholarship for Fall 2008. The winning design will receive an additional $150.00 scholarship for Fall 2008, for a total of $250.00.
Who can participate?
All entries must be designed by current UNT students. To be eligible to receive the prize, you must enroll in the Fall 2008 semester at UNT.
Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes, you may submit as many entries as you like.
Do I have to attend Family Weekend?
No, but we hope you do!
